Ordering Services

Let parents order their photographs with ease through our online service. With one environmentally friendly delivery back to your school once ordering has finished.

Online Ordering

  • Completely cashless, reducing paper and admin in school offices.
  • We create the access codes using the data you supply us required for the batch upload.
  • Access codes are provided the same day we take the photographs, for distribution home by class teachers.
  • School receive a PDF of all codes in case any need re-issuing.
  • Secure registration with individual access codes ensures parents only see photographs of their own children.
  • Parents register to be notified when their gallery is ready (approx. within 10 days after our shoot takes place).
  • A wide range of images are available to view.
  • Straight forward ordering on any device.
  • The online shop allows buyers access to photographic bundles, digital downloads and the opportunity to personalise their own packs.
  • Parents are given a 2-3 week window to order for free delivery back to school. All orders are then collated and returned to the school office in one environmentally efficient delivery.
  • Alternatively, take a complete hands-off approach and opt for direct shipping to home for all orders instead (small P&P fee applies). And then we will see you at the next photo day!

Showcase Your School

Looking to update your website and prospectus or refresh your corridors?
Using photographs taken in and around the school setting, your website can showcase creative, inspiring shots of the school community in action.

During our visit we will try to capture natural photos of the students and staff around the school. We recommend PE/ Drama/ interactive Science lessons as these can be very good for the natural photos. As well as if there are any specific interactive lessons you would like to plan to show these off, this can be discussed prior to our visit.

These photographs are also perfect for use for the school prospectus. Screen and full resolution images are included in the price, for school’s promotional use.

Images can be provided for wall art in bespoke sizes to any wall space giving maximum impact to reception areas, corridors and classrooms.

Our design work and delivery on wall art items is free. Quotes for Wall Art Boards are available upon request.

Staff Imagery

Staff ID Cards and Lanyards

We can supply all your staff with customisable lanyards. These are a great way of instantly identifying staff and are available in a range of text, styles and colours.

ID cards are free of charge, this includes design, print and delivery.
Lanyards start with a minimum order of 50.

Complimentary Portraits

We offer free staff photos if staff require an individual portrait for any reason, we will happily send free copies of these images to the school. This is a service we supply as standard to all schools.

Staff Boards

Visually introduce your entire staff team as part of the whole school family, welcoming and informative display boards.

These can be designed to suit every school space and tailored to include a choice of staff names, key job roles and classes. Photographs can be changed as staff join or move on from the school.

Year 6 Leavers

Give year 6 pupils a lasting memory as they progress onto secondary school. Year 6 leaver books are created using individual and group images we have captured in their final year at school.

At Churchbury Photographic, we are able to issue all images that are taken via a secure file transfer to be imported into any school administration system, including the likes of Scholar Pack, and SIMS. Generally siblings photographs are taken on the same day as individuals. However they can also be incorporated with family portraits before or after school if required.

Delivery Times

We pride ourselves on our speedy delivery service, we endeavour to upload your online gallery within 10 days and will make one environmentally efficient delivery back to school following this.
