Churchbury Photographic Order Form

IMPORTANT
Please check carefully that you have entered the correct picture number as shown on your order form.

If you do not have a photographic reference number we unfortunately will not be able to process your order. The school have a set of index sheets where you can identify your reference number. The school are under no obligation to keep these sheets.

How to Order more than one image (photograph)

To order more than one image you will have to complete the Order form for each image required, then press CONTINUE SHOPPING button at end of order Form.

Once you have completed all orders for all photographs required you simply press PROCEED TO PAYMENT.

Please make sure you have your credit card details at hand.

All our prices include VAT.

If you have made an error and wish to change simply press CLEAR button

Delivery times:
We will endeavour to dispatch your orders within 10 working days.
